Employment - The Solution to Two Problems

Amongst other classifications, there are going to be likely to be at least the
following two types of people reading this web site:

a)        People who are very busy, are relatively wealthy and have some
disposable income, and wish for more free time, or time to be able to be
more effective and more focused on the things that are important to them.

b)        People who have reasonable basic skills, and who cannot seem to
find employment, or at least who have a considerable amount of spare time
that they would love to convert to some income.

Now very often in life, two problems are the solution to each other.

I will start by giving you a physical example.  One of the biggest problems the
world faces, is that of global warming.  The problem here is that there is too
much energy, in the form of heat, dispersed across our globe.

Another one of the biggest problems the world is facing, is an energy
shortage.  Countries are spending billions on devising ways to generate
more energy as we are running out of fossil fuels and as it is becoming
increasingly obvious that burning fossil fuels is destroying our planet.

If we could convert a large portion of the heat energy that comes from the
sun into our system every day, into the forms of energy that we need to run
our civilisation, then we will be solving both of these problems.  The two
problems are the answer to each other.

Now most people who are employed never consider employing someone
else.  However, many of these people have ideas that they are sure, could
generate more income, make their life better, be more aligned with what they
really want to do, and is simply just better, but their problem is that they do
not have the time to execute these.  You might be one of these people.

Why not consider employing someone, full time or part time.  Do you hate
cleaning the garden, but you spend every second Saturday doing it?
Employ someone to do that, and spend every second Saturday doing
something different.  Take that time to think about what you really want to be
doing, and begin to sculpt your life in that direction.  Study a new skill, begin
to build the relationships you need, study the industry of the thing that you
really want to do, and build a plan of how you can do what you really want to
do, and begin to generate an income from that.

Employment can be a great tool to free up some of your time to allow you to
go after opportunities that are better than doing what you are currently
doing in that time.
You can increase your life's effectiveness, one step at a
time.

And then, to those who are on the other side of the problem.  Do you have
hours available, and you are pretty desperate to convert those hours into
money?
